OUR COMPANY
Our firm
celebrated it's 10th anniversary in 2001. The dominant part of our field of
activity include the manufacture of component parts for machines
and manufacture of cranes. During the past years, our company experienced continuous development. As a result, our current activity covers the fields as follows:
- manufacture of
machines and their component parts
- manufacture of
steel structures
- maintenance of
cranes
- installation and
maintenance of process machinery
- renewal of
hydraulic cylinders
Our staff
number is approximately
200. Our results are justified by planned human resource management. 10% of our employees engineers (work engineers in maintenance, steel- and metal structure
production, specialized
in labor safety, information technology, material technologíy, economics) and 25%are specialist of high qulafication (technicians, welders qualified in arc-and flame welding, AVI, Co).
At present,
the operating area of H+H Dunaforg amounts to about 20 000 m2 . new and renewed
halls of 3 800 m2 area are available
for the manufacture of machines and their component parts.
In the
halls, cranes of 3,5 tons,
10 tons and 25 tons capavity support our work.
The park of machine
tools makes it possible to produce component parts and machine units from small-and medium size up to
individual large size and large
mass. The machines are traditional and universal ones provided with CNC control, respectively.
In 1999, we
had the possibility of purchasing a water cutting equipment. The cutting with water jet surpasses the most of machining technologies in respect of the variety
of materials to be proccessed, their minimum stress during procedures or the flexibility
of technology. The water jet tecnology
opened us new opportunities; in fact, this
method enables various profiles to be cut from
nearly all kinds of materials,
irrespective of the material structure, proccessing grade and the
mechanical properties.
The minimum useful dimensions
of the cutting table are 2000x3000 mm, and the cutting accuracy is around 0.2 mm. The thickness of the semi
finished product van be
as large as 150 mm(in
case of steel).
Steel structure
manufacturing (medium range up to
10 tons) and maintanance ironworker capacity (45 to 50 person in total)
is also avaible. This sector is capable of manufacturing and assembling steel structures of both medium- and high complexity,
as well as maintaining and renewing machine aggregates, equipment and machine units.
The new halls
built completely by our own
staff demonstrate the activity of our steel
structure ironworkers.
Our firm
operates a department with a staff number of 30 for maintenance, repair and renewal of hosting machines, including the operation and maintenance of 90 to 100 various cranes, stationary material handing- and transporting machines.
The continuous increase in the production volume during years set quality
requirements to our company, thus, we have
been working according to a quality management system in conformity
with ISO 9001 since
Juli, 2003.
 The certification was performed by the certifying firm DET Norske Veritas Magyarország Kft. The certification
covered the manufacture of machines and their component parts, manufacture of steel stuctures,
process installation as well as
maintenance of cranes.
Our future
plans include the further enlargement of our machine park and the maintenance
of an up-to-date tecnologic
standard. Our objectives
and efforts aim at the
needs of our partners at a level as high as
possible.
